Cake Recipe


Hi Furiends! Mommy told me I should share the recipe she used for my cake---in case anyone wants to try it. Mommy cut the recipe in half so if you don't want an 8 inch cake you can do the same.

Peanut Butter Carrot Cake

1 cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients and then add the wet ones. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

To decorate mommy used cottage cheese pureed in the blender as icing and topped it off with some more shredded carrots.
